Caststone Solutions Company provides professional concrete services throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, including but not limited to: concrete driveways, patios, foundations, sidewalks, commercial concrete, decorative/stamped concrete, pool decks, and pavement marking. All services are subject to a written estimate and agreement prior to commencement of work.
All estimates provided by Caststone Solutions Company are free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on the information provided at the time of assessment. Final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions, material costs, or project scope differ from what was assessed. Any changes to scope during a project will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before additional work proceeds.
Payment terms will be outlined in the project contract. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon satisfactory completion of the project. Caststone Solutions Company reserves the right to halt work if agreed-upon payment schedules are not met. Returned checks or declined payments may result in additional fees.
Caststone Solutions Company will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the estimated timeframe. However, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, or other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any significant delays promptly. Caststone Solutions Company is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
Clients are responsible for:
Concrete requires proper curing time following installation. Clients agree to follow all post-installation care instructions provided by Caststone Solutions Company, including restrictions on vehicle or foot traffic during the curing period. Caststone Solutions Company is not responsible for damage resulting from failure to follow curing instructions, including but not limited to cracks caused by premature use, vehicle parking, or exposure to de-icing salts.
Caststone Solutions Company stands behind its workmanship. Any warranty terms will be outlined in the individual project contract. Our workmanship warranty does not cover damage caused by: ground settling or shifting, tree root intrusion, improper use or maintenance by the client, extreme weather events, or modifications made by third parties after project completion. Natural characteristics of concrete, including minor hairline cracks due to normal curing and settling, are not considered defects.
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Caststone Solutions Company's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use or loss of revenue.
